Well done for giving hope to others from victim to victor

Oh Darlene is ever so proud of you for choosing her site to tell and relate your abuse story. Giving hope to me and others that You were a victim now you are victorious in your telling and relating the details of your abuse. Well done Garry TBear, your the best. there will be many who read your story who will say I can, I will, I must get help like he did. You found a therapist professional, caring and talked you through all that effected you by what your abusers did to you. Keep being brave, stay strong because you are a true example of a survivor from abuse. Build on your own self worth/self esteem. Look in the mirror and build up a good self mirror image of the wonderful and beautiful me looking back at you. Think positive, act positive, be positive, Continue to have a healthy mind in a healthy body, be active be alive, Join sporting and cultural groups and be active with them. Just be your wonderful and true self. A great way to begin a new year in your life.
