Self presevation is a must for you
by: maurice

Sarah3, It will take you time, but reading through your story I know you will be a winner over your abuse. Beasts of men that is all I can call thoes who put you through such a life at the most vunerable and innocence of your years. It was never your fault. They were bad men, sicko's of the worst type. My heart went out to you imageing all the pain, the hurt, the humilation, the awfulness of what you were being made do by these animalistic men. Your Parents certainly did not love and cherish you as is the duty. Now Sarah3. will you please get a real huamn being, a friend or two whom you can trust, confide in and who will love and hug you for the most beautiful and good young adult you are in your own right now. If possible and you can avail of it. Try and get counselling because that will benefit you greatly. To build up your self-worth and esteem you will need to talk deeply of your feelings after such a horrendous treatment of your dignity and person. Begin having a healthy mind in a healthy body with other like-minded people. Get out there being active and alive. Walking, playing team sports, joining groups into cultural activities. There is growth and safety in numbers. You deserve the best Sarah3. Be brave, stay strong, you are the winner over that, what must have been hell on earth for you. Slowly be gentle and kind to that very beautiful body of yours. Begin to love it back to it's original beauty of your birthing. I am beautiful, I am special, I am Unique, soothe and massage nice creams into your body making yourself feel good all over. Hug yourself in front of the mirror, don't be shy, don't think it a silly thing to be asked to do. LOve that me looking back at you. I will, I can, I must, because I am worth it. Always believe in yourself Sarah3.
