Sam:

You can be so proud of yourself for telling. And though he hardly spent any time in jail for what he did to you, including threatening you and your family if you didn't, at least he didn't completely get away with raping you. What's important now, Sam, is that you never blame yourself. Don't ever judge yourself for what happened. You did nothing wrong. Reach out for any and all healing modalities that are out there. Tell yourself how strong you really are. And you ARE strong. VERY strong. Tell yourself all the wonderful things that you are. Find purpose in what happened to you by helping others who have been through something similar. You already got through the worst of it, Sam. And you survived that. The rest is what you tell yourself. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

be PROUD

You can be so proud of yourself. I envy you, because when the abuse happened to me, I wanted to run away at first then I found I was stuck and couldn't run away or say antyhing. Now I live with my abuse, and feel it is MY fault. Everyone else does too. I LET it happen. YOU didn't.
You are very very brave. More children need to feel that brave. Let the angels guard and keep you. YOu have stopped a real pedophile... how wonderful...

I never told anyone
by: Anonymous

I admire your courage for telling someone. Here I am 25yrs after what happened to me, and I am stil ashamed to even speak or type on here what happened. I was 10, and even though I was a kid, I still feel like its my fault and I hate myself for that.
