It's not too late for you. It's never too late. Contact Child Help at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) in order to talk to someone about the abuse you are still dealing with. They are staffed 24/7 with professionally trained counsellors who will listen to you. They are not a reporting agency, although they can help you through the process of reporting if you decide to disclose the abuse. Visit their website by copying & pasting the following URL into your browser: http://www.childhelp.org/get_help

As for your outbursts, you most definitely can control them. When you say that you can't, you're using the same excuse your father would for what he does to you. We can ALL control what we say and do to other and to ourselves. We just need to make the decision not to harm anyone, including ourselves. You don't like it when someone does that to you, so take that with you and ensure you never do to others what you don't like being done to you. Make the choice that no matter what, you will not become like the people who abuse you. And please re-consider your silence about the rapist. He will continue to control you as long as you keep silent. And he won't stop until he's made to stop. In other words, it's very likely he's raping others too. You don't deserve to be abused. You certainly deserve help for the fact that you are being abused. Contact Child Help as a second step. Your first step was opening up with your story here, on this site. I send you love, light and healing energy, Riley. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
