You are a very special sister. In fact, you are a very special person. Always remember that about yourself. Your father has serious problems that he's taking out on you. But that's on HIM, not you. You've repeatedly said you lack the protective layer; trust me, from one emotional personal person to another, that's a gift, not a curse. It means you are connected on an emotional level to all that is around you. There is nothing wrong with that. Embrace that wonderful trait about yourself, because if you don't, it will hinder you. You see, Oda, if you fight it, it will haunt you. By accepting it you stand a much better chance of it not controlling you. You are a lovely person exactly the way you are. Believe it. I certainly do. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
