Regardless of your beliefs, what's important now is what you do for your own healing, here and now. Give yourself a break. Stop blaming yourself for what happened to you as a child. Healing is not lost on you. It's never too late. Don't believe the messages you got both directly and indirectly from parents who were seriously messed up. They have no credibility. You are hanging onto what they said to you as a child, yet as an adult you know better. And you DO know better. You know you have the potential for great things. You need only tap into Who You Really Are. And that has nothing whatsoever to do with what your parents said about you or did to you. Healing is a choice. Start by treating yourself better than anyone ever has. Stop focusing on the life your father lives. Focus on creating a better life for yourself. You're worthy of that. You deserve that. Consider following my healing blog for inspiration. Just click on the link below your story. I send you love, light and healing energy, Nazbeth. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
