I have faith in you...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

I've learned that inspirations in our life can come from many Sources, including rap singers, church ministers, and yes, even maladjusted mothers, fathers and stepfathers. Each of us is a messenger, MC. It's the message that we choose to walk away with that is most important; and then what we choose to do with that message. You certainly aren't "Soundless" to me; not after reading what you wrote. You have much to work out, and have already worked out much. Keeping working on those messages. Use them as your guide in life. When you're uncomfortable with what you are hearing and seeing, learn the lesson to not BE or DO whatever it is that makes you uncomfortable. When you are hurting from the act of another, ensure you do not act like that to others. When you see happiness and joy in the message, embrace and adopt it as a part of Who You Really Are. And when you need help deciphering the messages that you are getting, turn inward for the answers. You have those answers in you, MC. You proved that to me in your story. Thank you for sharing it with my visitors and me. I believe in my heart that you WILL "set it straight", for both you and your brother. You have great inner strength, MC...defer to that inner strength because it will never steer you wrong. And when you're having difficulty finding that inner strength—and we all do from time to time—turn to those who can counsel you back to that place. You're certainly worthy of that, MC.
