Mary:
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

When a parent is aware of and allows siblings to inflict hurt or harm, that parent is guilty of child neglect as well as emotional abuse. You deserved to be treated with dignity and respect. Whatever the reason that you weren't, always remember to treated your SELF with the dignity and respect you were denied. A part of that may well be to seek out some form of therapy. I send you love, light and healing energy, Mary. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

A person's true worth
by: Anonymous

Please continue to believe you are not worth less as a person for missing limbs or not being as good at football. If anything, your mother and brother have devalued their own greatness and worth as people, as sentient beings, because of their choices to harm and lack in love.

Seriously, get out of that house!
by: Anonymous

Please try to get out that house as soon as you can, Mary; you've suffered enough. Your brothers are mentally ill. I can relate; my parents, too, have often allowed my older brother to beat the crap out of me and get away with it in the same time; they didn't even care about anything (and they didn't even care enough to protect me from that monster of a brother). Anyway, as soon as you get away from them and start telling someone you really trust, your healing and start in earnest.
