Yes, it most definitely IS the beginning of a new life. But you're going to need help and support. Please seek out some form of counseling in order to help you deal with the repercussions of enduring sexual abuse. And don't ever blame yourself. You were not to blame. Your cousin was (and probably still IS) twisted and sick. He's probably still molesting other little girls, so don't hesitate to report what he did to you. Keep treating yourself better than anyone ever has. Don't allow yourself to be used as an object of any sort. You're worth so much more than that. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Always believe in your self: Get help: You'll be fine

Luda: you are at a new beginning of your lovely life: Take ownership of your life: make it what you want it to be: You are so lucky, to have found Darlene: oh yes you found her site: but truly you are lucky, blessed to be meeting with Darlene right NOW in your life: You have begun to turn the tide, change your way of living, Darlene sure has given you firm stepping stones to move on: all morning I have been learning the real, caring, nuturing, helping, side of Darlene in her comments from her heart to each of her visitors: You are now exception she values you and knows you will make the differences that will help you to be in control of your life: Luda she (I) believe in YOU: we both know you'll believe in yourself too: Your cousin was wrong: Your mom's were wrong to put you both in the same bed at 8 years of age: You knew how bold he was; touching you etc: telling you it was okay that what girl cousins do: his behaviour and the effects of it on you led you into a whole unreal world: Luda leavet that world behind you now: Read Darlene's comment: act on her words: Stay in education: have a real friend your own age and gender even a few but certainly have one: who'll value you for who you are now and what you want to make of your life: one sure way of letting go of the effects being abused has had in your life is seek out counselling: I assure you LUDA you'll be truly happier because a therapist or counsellor will put all what happened in your life up to now in perspective: you'll be stronger to cope with living your life to the full with your new found freedom of being in charge of your own life and destiny: again I can't emphasise it enough read darlene's words and comment even carry them in your bag: soak them into you; You'll be empowered by them: Luda, now I'll ask you to do something that will truly give you a new lease of life: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: now that you have begun to change your way of thinking and lifestyle: Make real and natural friends by taking part in sporting and cultural activities with your own age and gender: The freedom that will give will be enormous: Team Sports, you are gifted, tallented and you are strong with many leadership qualities: so off that bottom of yours and into your track suit and join that team: It is a healthy option for you (if you get what I mean) When a group of males/females play as a team real natural, resectful, appreciation bonding takes place: Luda you'll no the benefits of it in no time: there is a life to be lived to the full after ABUSE; As Darlene points out the beast could be still molesting young girls: Luda you will do what you know to be best to protect their beautiful innocent little bodies yours was from his molesting hands: Off that bottom now Luda, do hugs not drugs ''Right''
