You are so Brave: I really belive this is for good in your life

J...I am a big girl NOW: I am a very brave adolecent/teenager too: I know what happened to me and my sister was not our fault: I am not to blame for what that sicko did to us: He took advantage of my our innocence and vunerability and forced me against my will to undress and others who hurt me too were beasts: J there is great hope for you NOW: Please read Darlene's advice: Her loving helpful words to you from her heart which is a womans real heart for you and all her visitors: Her words are personal to you from her heart: Be brave, have a friend your own age and gender that you can tell all your feelings to and the girlie stuff which you both can help each othe with; Take each other by the hand and talk what you wrote to Darlene out with a kind teacher or school counsellor: Then begin having a healthy mind in a healthy body; J at 15 years of age I am certain you are gifted, tallented, with leadership qualities so Get involved with team sports and take part in your school Physical eEducation program: Being part of a team at your age will open up your mind and new horizons for you: You'll make real natural and true friend your own age and gender: You'll all help each other to make boy/girl relationships normal and natural and real when you fall in and out of love etc: Value and respect your body so that you expect another to value and respect it too: You'll be fine: You'll be a winner; My Motto will be from today: I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: because I am WORTH it: OK wonderful person behind the Letter J. go for it and live your life to the full:

Tell someone, your cousin's a sick man who's taking advantage of his family. Tell someone, get help for yourself and your family. Stop him. Do something.
