 It is a great and good thing to have a true friend

Bekah: when you said you told your friend my heart was lifted for you: I believe and know the value of a true friend in nayone's life and especially in my own: Not having brothers and sisters my friends mean the world to me: I have about forty circles of friends: But those in my inner circle, my heart are my saviour: Great you had this precious jewel in time of your need to break from your abusive father: Your Mother was a brave a good mother to devorce him to safe you from being physically and sexually abused by that no good man and father: Great you are safe: Be safe: stay safe: One sure way is to have true friends: Now one great and natural way to have genuine caring friends around you is to have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Be part of a team taking part in sporting and cultural activities: Behah you will be doing yourself good if you become active and alive with your friends and class mates: So off your bottom no lazy attitudes: Let your motto be I will: I can: I must: Why??? Because I am WORTH it: That you are Bekah: Live well: Laugh alot: Love much: beginning and ending with your wonderful and beautiful self: Be gentle and kind to yourself and your body: Rem your motto I will: etc: Build up a good mirror image of yourself: Say nice and positive things to the ME looking out at you: Erase those bruises by gently massageing nice creams and oils into your body: Now cuddle and hug yourself: Era go on there is no one looking: I bett you feel good now:
