Understandable rage
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

What your father did to your mother was terribly abusive toward her, but it was also abusive toward you. Witnessing such violence against your mother was terrifying for you. It left you feeling helpless and full of rage; understandable rage. You need help dealing with the emotions that you are now left with. I urge you to contact ChildLine on 0800 1111 Check out www.donthideit.com for information on how to get some support. You are definitely worth it.
