I also have had CPS lie on reports and a judge dismiss me from court even after several occasions of neglect, anal bleeding, corporal punishment and leaving my children alone in public places. My boys are now 10, 7 and 4. I still do not have full custody. Every night I pray for angels to protect them while they sleep. I have found no one to help me, no lawyer wants to take the case pro bono and I have no finances to take any sort of legal action. I was sexually abused as a child and I recognize the signs. My parents of course want no part and the church my ex husband goes to kicked me out for saying anything.
