Stay vigilant...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Dana, I can't offer more than to provide you with space on my site to pass your story along.

You'll note I removed (and had to delete) the photo you included. I'm very sorry, Dana, but I must remove any photos or images that could be construed in any way shape or form as pornography; otherwise I put myself and this site at risk. I'm not suggesting you sent porn through the Internet. What I'm saying is that the world we live in now puts those of us who want to expose such brutality by sharing pictures that prove child abuse in danger of being shut down and charged. You know this all too well from your own personal experience.

There is one other reason. I have no control over who visits this site or who can get their hands on the photo you included. There are less than honourable characters out there who would take the photo and...well...let's just say that we don't want to think about the perverted ways that such a photo could be used.

And Dana, at the risk of offending you (which is definitely not my intent) I must also say that bruising on a child's bottom does not prove WHO and/or WHAT committed the act that caused it. This could be part of the problem, though I don't know any of the details to say one way or the other. Nor would knowing those details help me to help you.

For the sake of your grandson, stay vigilant, Dana. Keep documenting and reporting what you know and suspect. Your grandson is too precious not to. I wish you and him all the best.
