Confused

I have been fighting for almost ten years for my daughter from her father. It has taken so much money and alot of time. But she is well worth everything. We fear everyday she has said her peace and has told cous. and lawyers that she wants nothing else to do with him. The laws offers no help to us. They say when he does something else on my property then they will help thats to late. I am very concerned for her I can only do so much why is it that no trial means you have nothing but have every kind of paperwork and eveidence that you can think of he still gets to walk and enjoy life. Thank you
