You've taken over Paul's pain... by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster
Lois, Paul DID know you loved him, it's just that his need to HEAR it was insatiable, and so was his need to SEE it, but seeing it was from his own distorted perspective; distorted first because of abuse, and then drugs. You could have said you loved him a thousand times over; you could have showed him a million times over, but you weren't dealing with Paul; you were dealing with the drugs. Paul is no longer here and in pain, but the pain did not die with Paul as it could have. You, Lois, have taken over that pain, but it wasn't your pain to claim. You have the power to let that pain go, but you must chose to let it go.
Thank you again for sharing so much of yourself with my visitors and me. You are providing my visitors with an opportunity to not only learn from you, but also to open themselves to healing. My hope is that you find that healing for yourself.
