I hear you. It seems there is no protection for your daughters. When judges endanger the lives of children with their rulings or when they fail to abide by their own rulings that protect children, they should be removed from the bench. Judges do not get the training they need in order to deal effectively and in the best interests of the child when child abuse is either known or suspected. This is a critical flaw in the system. But all too often, judges don't use common sense either. Continue to be an advocate for your children...it sounds as though you're all they have in that regard. Thank you for sharing your daughters' story with my visitors and me. I wish you and your daughters all the best.

For the record, I had to remove the names and identifiers within your submission, as privacy issues (especially for your daughters) are at issue. Also, when a visitor names names and institutions without providing either proof or independent verification, posting those names puts this site and all I've worked very hard to achieve at risk. And though I gather your post was in part an effort to publicly bring these people to the forefront and make them accountable for their actions—an effort I completely understand—our litigious society prevents sites like mine from allowing that to take place. I have however left the integrity of your daughters' story and situation intact. I thank you for your understanding, Robert.

Yes: many guidelines and laws have been put in place even special charters to safeguard and protect the children of the World yet in many nations continents individula Judges don't seem to bother with them when they need to give the custody of the child to one or other of the parents thus endangering the lives of the innocent and the vunerable who are still without voice in abuse: All eachof us can do is be their voice in the corner of the world we find ourselves: Be heard where you are at: Thank you for sharing this with Darlene and her family of visitors who all are all deeply concerned for the situation there in Pennsylvania: You are agood father and good man:
