Aware of Physical Child Abuse and Neglect

I was abused as a child by my adoptive parents. I am now 22 and have a life. I know a girl who is the same age as me and has 3 kids and no education. She has a record from when she was little with child protective services. She has 1 son and 2 daughters and she and her boyfriend are abusing them. The boyfriend is laughing while the mother beats the kids. And she never has food for them. She doesn't even work. 10 ADULTS live in a 2 bedroom apartment and there are about 7 kids.
