Child Abuse, Autism and the Court System

Grandmother falsely accused of abuse by mother of autistic child:
Grandmother and father made reports of possible abuse by the mother and her boyfriend and after taking autistic child to hospital 4 times the mother had enough of the reports being made and turned the abuse around to the father and the grandmother. After 15 months of going to court hearings and never getting any say in the court room the judge could not make a ruling for or against the grandmother. The mother was given custody of the child until the matter goes to the final hearing in family court, but until that, the child is in harms way and the grandparents are so upset about the decision that the court has made and left the child (who told what happened to him) in his mothers care. There has been NO effective communication for the child because of his autism and the ADA laws that should protect him have not been followed in the court system. We have laws that protect our children and the people that we pay with our tax money have abused their power over the children.

Child With Autism Told His Abuse Story

by Name Undisclosed
(Location Undisclosed)

A little boy told his father what happened to him one day and the father reported it to the police and took him to the hospital as soon as he could. CPS did not want the boy to be examined by a doctor and they wanted to investigate. Well it was all downhill from there. When CPS gets involved and they believe the mothers story that nothing wrong could ever happen while her own boy was in her care. Well, the boy told that his mother's boyfriend hurt him, and his story never changed.

The mother 6 months later turned the abuse against the father to make her look good and so she would not get caught. Oh, I forgot, she was part of the abuse too. She is in total denial.

Why can't people see that a mother could hurt her own child?

The family courts did not let the father even tell his side of the story and made him look like he was an angry father, because way back in the beginning, CPS believed the mother telling them that the father was an angry person. Now the mother and the father are divorced. They could never see eye to eye in the marriage and having an autistic child does not make things any easier. Now the mother is brainwashing her son against the father, (SICK) and the mother, if she had her way, would keep her child away from the father and his family too. There is no regard for the child's best needs.

Please pray for this little boy. He does not understand the intentions of others, especially his mother, who is using him for custody reasons, and the money so she does not have to work, and revenge, much more. The father did NOTHING wrong, and did NOT hurt his only child.

CPS and the courts think that only fathers hurt children. WRONG in this case. The father wants his child back, and away from his mother and a boyfriend who continues to hurt his son. HELP!!!
